I used to manage a pizza restaurant. I'll bet its exactly like that in every way. Do you tell people how to stand or something? Or where the cameras go? Do you get a wage increase? Do you have to join a union? Are the directors unions and actors unions seperate? Do you have the power to change the actors wardrobe? or even better, their hair? Can you make welling get a perm if you wanted to? I would love to see him have a really curly perm. Or how about Friday you tell him that his character has a perm from now on and then don't tell him the truth until Monday so he has to go the whole weekend wearing a perm. If you don't do that you would be squandering a once in a lifetime opportunity. Imagine the applications of Tom Welling...with a perm. My cousin charlyn just told me that it would be better if it was a Jheri curl. But hey, you're the director this is your call. I just got back from canada the other day, you know drug run, and i noticed they have the harsh, dangerous chemicals that are emitted from ciggies listed on the pack. What up with that?
