Boselys epic search for red blood cells!

Bosley

So of all the cats in the world I pick the one who has a rare case of anemia that doesn’t have any sort of solution or predictable rhythm.
I swear he was put on this earth to teach me how to care about something outside of myself.
To take care, simply because I care.
What a lesson!

Awwww, I’m so sorry! Poor Bosley! I hope a solution presents itself! :(

So soulful. He looks like he has a lot to teach. I hope the puzzle can be sorted out and he can carry on enriching your life.

  • Lily

Thank you for posting the picture.
Bosley looks sweet and adorable. I’m sure you’ll give him all the love and care he needs and more…and, that he’ll give lots of love and friendship too.

  • shadowcraftmage

Cute cat. Good luck with him.

  • michelle

It’s really sweet of you take care of him. Bosley is very lucky.

  • david-79

I assume that your cat has a problem of anemia (it’s a classic for cats).

The less serious cases are identified because the cat is tired. In this case, antibiotic treatment may be enough (which will require the veterinarian).

In severe cases the cat will not eat and vomits. In this case you can make him do a blood transfusion. You have to find a suitable donor …

If it is on the other you should specify otherwise it becomes difficult to help.

    Bye Patrizio.

Poor thing. My Tigger is now officially considered “geriatric” by my vet (How rude is that?), and has developed an irregular heartbeat.

When they snuggle in your arms or on your lap, it makes it all worthwhile, though.

  • Susana

Omg Allison I am truly sorry from a friendly animal lover I understand what it is like to have an animal that is/was sick. I hope your beautiful kitty comes out of that well. Is there anything they can do for him?

I send you all my love from a friendly Utahn Animal Lover :)
I will be praying for him

    Take Care,

    Susana

  • superneil

We all have our times of duress and being tested. I understand your situation all too well. Just give him all the love and attention you can while you have him. I hope you find a solution to his blood problems.

Thanks Allison for sharing a picture of Bosely with us. I know all too well what it’s like to have a sick pet. Sadly I just lost my dog 3 weeks ago. =( Pets are precious. I will pray for good health for Bosely. <3

Thank you for sharing a pix of Bosely. I hope a solution will pop up soon. I also agree that he’s staying on because he saw your heart . He reminds me of Gizmo. :D

    Hi!

Your words… “So of all the cats in the world I pick the one who has a rare case of anemia that doesn’t have any sort of solution or predictable rhythm.”…

look…. it’s like… you pick just the right ticket with the lucky number… and win the big lottery!!

but the difference between Bosely and the lottery…. is very big…

You are a lucky woman…. You can learn so much with your Special cat…. and Bosely isn’t something outside of yourself.
He is a part of yourself…
look at him eyes… him look….
He has many traits…. certainly.. Bosely is your cat Allison!

Thanks for sharing that beautiful pic of Bosely.
Good luck… and remember… He need your love and your healing hands… those are the medicines for him.

    best wishes
    shine on!
    Luigi

  • shinefloyd

Greetings. You remember me. At school I well studied biology.
Unfortunately an anaemia-very dangerous illness. Red ????????? cages very significant for an organism,
This cat very much bears a strong resemblance to me to you. Same strange and not clear.
    about what go conversation????

  • alexander21

Can to you it is necessary to study genetics??? The law of the linked inheritance of genes. You should study a problem very deeply. To draw conclusions. I think quite good consultation of the physician or the veterinary surgeon you is correct with focus.
allison I think that the following blog to you should be made on easier

  • alexander21

allison if you will have still problems and questions set them to us. We with pleasure will answer them!

  • Ems

Best of luck to you and Bosley, since I didn’t get any with my anemic cat. Give him a big hug for me please.

    Hi Allison

I’m sorry for your cat Bosely, I hope you can find a donor for him, stop him from hurting. I’m glad you are learning and growing from your experiences. I was just thinking if only Bosely could play a musical instrument, would that make him a jazz cat haaa I’m just kidding. Really I hope everything turns out will for him. Umm

It becomes urgent. Somethin to live for, a purpose in life, an urgent dependency.
When someone cries out for help may your hand always reach out to help them. May you always feel the urgency of thier need in your heart. Love your neighbor as yourself.

    Hi Allison
Thanks for sharing that beautiful pic of Bosely.
“I swear he was put on this earth to teach me how to care about something outside of myself.”
Welcome back on earth. Sometimes our passion turn into obsession that cut us off from reality and make us lose the true meaning of life. When attacking our passions we are very unreceptive and we are losing our values of compassion. Caring for someone brings us back to reality and is a concrete gesture of compassion. The important thing in life is not to talk but to act. Assume responsibilities enables us to keep grounded and keep a certain balance.
Your relationship with your cat will benefit you both. It is a bit of your family.

The friendship between Clark and Chloe seems to go through turbulence in this early season. How Chloe can be both honest, manipulative and a woman of compassion? In real life, it’s impossible, but in Smallville, it’s possibly a cool twist.

Take care of you, your family and your cat.
    Bye
    Claude.

Awww!! What a cutie!!!!!!! I really hope Bosely is ok and lives a very long successful cat life! And I hope that a cure can be found! I really like the quote: “Jonathan we didn’t find him, he found us..” Just goes to say that Bosely may just have picked you to be his rightful owner. He brought you to him somehow, someway. I hope you and Bosely share memorable experiences!
    Much love & support,
    BrittanyXOXOXOXO

Sorry to hear about Bosely’s problem – when you said a while back he was under the weather I didn’t realise it was that bad. Maybe this will help cheer you up – I know you’re a big fan of a capella stuff.

Is it really bad that it took me about a minute to get the “one man” thing?

  • Vegas911

I just adopted a new one….his name is Leland….he was actually a stray that was just so cute, and skinny!!!! I had to take him in…..It has been quite an adjustment for my older cat Eli, but they are settling in…..I hope that Bosley lives a long and happy life with you…..and how lucky he is to have found a mom like you, that would take care of him…..you might not be lucky for getting a sick cat…..but your sick cat is certainly lucky that he has you!

  • http://www.rfministries.com/ IreneT

I think everyone has a “Bosely” in their
life to teach that. giggle :-)

  • korionx

try to give him the opportunity to survive on his own
    challenge his natural instincts

  • CaliAliRN

He’s cute as a button! From one hematologic challenged kitty owner to another, I salute your dedication to sticking with your feline. My kitty, Bluto, is a hemaphiliac and the poor guy bleeds profusely any time he cuts hims; ends up getting Vitamin K pills shoved down his throat every time. But, unquestioned love from a furry lil’ friend makes taking care of him so worth it. Props to you and Bosley :)

    Cheers,
    Alison

  • Beth

Ross, the ‘one man’ thing didnt occur to me until id watched the whole thing and read your comment for a second time…
but they did a good job.
…i was listening to the music, not watching the screen…

Very sorry to hear about Bosley’s ailment, I do hope the vets will find a viable treatment for him. Hmm, regarding your comment about him being here to teach you how to care about something other than yourself; what about Shadow? ;-) I hope your dog is doing well! How are he and Bosley getting along?

    Take care,
    David Harvey

  • Brian

My heart fills with admiration for you. Most people wouldn’t do what your doing they would of gotten rid of a pet with such a disorder. Thank you for treating Bosley with such love that every creature deserves.

    Good Luck on your journey,

Beautiful kitty, sorry to hear about the condition, but so glad that someone as wonderful and sweet as you is taking care of him.

So excited for Smallville tonight :D . You are my fave character now and always along with Clark of course LOL :D .

Wish you the best with your pets, and that the vets can find something to help Boselys.

    Blessings

  • Silke

Are you sure you chose Bosley? Maybe Bosley knew you would take great care of him and chose you. Either way, I know he will be a very well loved, very spoiled kitty.

Btw, saw Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, very cool that you were Powergirl. :)
