    That score by Nino Rota is one of my earliest cryers, along with Greensleeves and Puff the Magic Dragon. I still love Olivia Hussey although I never see her in anything.

    William Shakespeare’s words are truly eternal. And yes! that score is very haunting.

      “Where be these enemies?” – the hairs on the back of my neck actually stood up when I heard that!

    Hahaha… you make me laugh Alison, where do you even find
    these things!

    My question is; why is Juliette Binoche crying ? (the only non-Iranian actress in the film)

    If anybody is interested here are some facts;

    Did you know that;

    -
    The director chose the movie theatre scene because he
    thought people can express their true feeling easier in the dark when no one is
    watching.

    -
    Each actress was filmed individually and asked to
    imagine watching the favourite movie she herself had acted in while staring at
    a childish drawing on a piece of paper.

    -
    This short film is called Shirin and “Where is my Romeo”
    has no part in the original movie.

    -
    There is a mention of the name of the last Lady; Niku
    kheradmand, she is known as the mother of Cinema in Iran and she died a year after
    filming this short movie.

    The concept is a little twisted; asking actors not to act
    but be the audience in the movie.
    but twisted can be interesting sometimes :)

      note; for those of you who think I am crazy, Juliette Binoche is in fact in this movie but not in this video.
