    You can bottle anger up inside until you burst, harming yourself much more even more. Holding in anger is harmful if you don’t let it out and talk, freeing yourself from the burst. As much as you pour it on another vessel the pain is still on you no matter how much you try and dump it off on someone else…that’s just my opinion! 😀

    I spent time hating my ex. She hated me….I learned that it made me not sleep or eat…it consumed me. Once I let go of the anger, I felt better ….. it was like a giant weight was lifted off me.

    In order to deal with anger, we have to analyse what caused it first. Once this is done, anger will vanish like it never existed.
