Haha, at 1:49 it looks like you’re doing something out of “The West Side Story.” I can’t wait for this thing to be completed. Keep Goin’.

    Hey Ms Mack,

Hope you’re feeling fighting fit and top of the world this fine Monday morning!

Thanks for posting this new clip… love hearing more about the project and can’t wait to see it completed.

I have a couple of quick questions on it and hope someone will have time to respond:

    1. Are there still any T-Shirts available? There doesn’t seem to be a link to purchase them.

    2. Have you reached your Fund-raising Goal yet? I notice your tally hasn’t changed.

    3. Are you interested in showing Alice & Huck at either the Sydney or Melbourne International Film Festivals (in Australia obviously!)?

The Sydney Festival runs from 4-22 June ’08 and the submissions deadline is 18 Feb.

The Melbourne festival runs 25 July – 10 Aug ’08 with submissions required by 7 March.

Let me know if I can assist in any way (I’m currently in Melbourne).

Hope to see more from Alice & Huck soon.

    oh the friends..
    you gotta love them…
I love how i can have someone i can be so open with and share ideas with…
just today my friend and i were sitting down and the topic of abortion came up… mainly because we are young girls who are experiencing highschool life… (well we were watching juno… and a close friend of ours had a scare).
We both shared what we thought about the subject and by conversing.. we really find out who we are as a person… especially by what we think… and our thoughts on different subjects (oh and sharing books.. and giving eachother books to read.. thats the best!)
Not meaning to get off subject…
anyways.. hope you having alot of fun with the alice and huck project…
hahah and a dance number? gotta love it

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to update your fans on the awesome projects your working on. That speaks volumes about the kind of woman that you are. I have yet to get my shirt for that project , but will soon as willing as time permits, sucks that there is only 24 hours in a day! Me and my friend were thinking about getting into film making, ecspecially with the politicians here trying to give the movie/film industry the best tax breaks in the country, Michigan is hurting, so we could use it. I think the last movie filmed here was part of the Transformers movie in Detroit. Sure would be awesome to see you film a sleeper Oscar winner here. All in due time! Thanks for the update,God Speed.

Oh, one other question, I would like to buy an autographed picture of you and Kristin to donate to a non-profit local school here in Mid-Michigan. My question is, how come you dont show what the picture is that you will be receiving? Might improve sales. Thanks.

I’m going to ask something absolutely unusual here.
I’ve never done these scenes before (I’m an actor too) and i’ve never got around to asking the question and I’ve sorta noticed in movies but it never caught on until now.

When actors do a screen kiss? (Or Stage kiss) are they kissing as THEMSELVES (how they wud kiss offscfreen / stage) or as their character?

I say this because I have seen a few actors kiss in the same way in every movie. And I know that everybody out there has their own way of kissing.

Call me stereotypical but if yur a rough and ready character, wild and crazy, yur not gonna just kiss some one sweet and gentle are you?, yur practically goin to devour them, lol

or the sweet shy girl wud probably kiss a guy a little more hesitant, slow and unsure at first. somethin along those lines.. not sure.

Surely its the same thing as having a quirk.. and every person and character has a quirk, such as brushing the back of their head wen confused or thinking.. sticking finger up their nose.. chewing gum while talking..snort while laughing, things that make them stand out. so why shudn’t the same rule apply for kissing in character?

Its great that yur gettin yur movie out there shows wat a determined young woman u can be. Wen u want somethin go get it, cos sittin around and waiting for it to come to you isn’t really gonna happen that way.

    Keep doin wat yur doin

    Hi Allison.

    Thank you for this video.

I found a nice quote of Albert Einstein about Innovation.
”Imagination is more important than knowledge”.

There are a great chemistry between you and your freinds. It’s fabulous.
    Your enthusiasm is contagious.

I saw Persona. You are amazing in your scene with the real Clark.

    Have a good week.
