I very much agree with what Brenda is saying, however I think she is lacking a vital detail in her perspective; which is that women do not have a sense of their own power and potency outside of the male approach.
I believe we must begin to work together in the way a true partnership operates, but I also believe we have never allowed ourselves the opportunity or space to understand how we work on our own. What is the female style of building businesses, and how can we strengthen that so when we do bring the two genders together we have the strength of our differences to build an ideal team?
I think it’s a matter of balance. Female only events coupled with mixed events. Increasing the female potency and presence strategically and fully. I love the idea of breaking gender prejudice, but let’s not foget that we are different. And that is not a bad thing.
